What is corriboard?
Corriboard is a type of corrugated plastic sheeting that is commonly used for making lightweight signs, banners, and other types of visual displays. It is made of a fluted plastic core sandwiched between two smooth plastic sheets, making it sturdy and able to retain its shape.

What is dibond?
Dibond is a type of composite material that is made up of two thin sheets of aluminium that are bonded to a plastic core.
While it isn’t as lightweight as corriboard, it is a lot sturdier and is a cost-effective solution to printing on solid aluminium. Because of its durability, it is mostly used in outdoor construction applications such as site signage and building cladding, where signage would need to withstand the weather for prolonged periods of time.

Which should I choose?
You don’t have to choose either – you can let us make a recommendation based on your needs. Almost all indoor posters, banners or signage for home- or business-use can be printed onto either paper or corriboard. Outdoor posters and signage that will be used occasionally can also be printed onto corriboard. Most outdoor banners that need to stay up for long durations of time, or will need to withstand winter and summer weather as well as even impacts or shock, should be printed onto dibond.
